Creative Artists Agency mentioned John Storey Chief Financial Officer.
Storey joins after 19 years at Asurion, a company focused on technology protection and support, where he most recently served as president of finance and operations. During his time at this company, he held the role of CFO for five years, among other things in corporate development, strategy and finance.
Prior to Asurion, Storey worked as a research analyst for a public equity hedge fund and as an investment banker with Robertson Stephens and Alex. Brown & Sons. He earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Commerce and Mathematics from the University of Virginia, and his MBA from the Graduate School of Business at Stanford.

Last month, the agency also tapped the former CEO of Hilton HR Matthew Schuyler for the role of chief people officer, promoting Alexa Cook to global co-head of sports property sales and Rob DeAngelis to chief revenue officer of the sports division. In addition, BLA’s speakers section welcomed a new agent in Rachel Baxter.
